Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions under which Survey Service provides survey procurement, data analysis, and related services to corporate clients across Canada. By engaging Survey Service you agree to the following:

1. Services Provided
   Survey Service offers custom survey solicitation, focus group hosting, data collation, reporting, and analysis. Service specifications will be detailed in the agreement for each engagement.

2. Payment and Pricing
   All contracts are invoiced according to the scope of services. Survey Service guarantees to beat any verifiable competitor quote. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed.

3. Refund Guarantee
   Survey Service provides a one hundred percent refund in cases where the client is not satisfied with the service provided. Refund eligibility must be requested within 30 days of final report delivery.

4. Confidentiality
   Survey Service handles all client data in strict confidence. Information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with client consent.

5. Workforce Engagement
   Survey Service employs a distributed network of contractors who are compensated on commission or performance basis. Clients agree to interact with representatives only through Survey Service managed communication channels. Direct hiring outside of Survey Service agreements is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
   Survey Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost profits, loss of business, or reputational harm that may result from the use of survey results or analysis provided. Liability is limited to the total fees paid in the relevant contract.

7. Termination
   Either party may terminate a contract by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be invoiced and subject to payment.

8. Jurisdiction
   These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
